Gear Discipline: You are responsible for high-spec equipment, from body cams to advanced VMS systems. You keep your kit clean and your vehicle "mission-ready."
Professional Presence: You represent the "Tactical" brand. This means clear communication, sharp uniforms, and authoritative site management.
Continuous Training: We provide training in TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and advanced TGS software. We expect a hunger to learn.

Premium Pay Rates: Our Tactical billing model allows us to pay above award rates to attract the best talent.

1. Tactical Response Traffic Controller (Level 1/2)
Role: Immediate deployment to emergency sites.
Requirement: Valid TC/IMP tickets, clean driving record, and a "can-do" attitude under pressure.
2. Incident Team Leader (Supervisor)
Role: Site command, client liaison, and on-the-fly TGS revisions.
Requirement: 2+ years experience, advanced TGS knowledge, and leadership capability.
